Here, you can check the status of your current and previous GM tickets, read the responses you’ve received, and reply to or edit existing tickets.
If any of your tickets have the status of CS Replied, you can respond by selecting the ticket, then click on Edit Ticket. Please check back often as we occasionally need additional information to resolve your issue. You can provide additional information by entering the details into the Description field and click Submit.
