We are pleased to offer live chat service for Account and Billing issues. We accept chat inquiries seven days a week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific time. Please note that this service is currently in beta and we welcome your feedback.
To start a live chat session, click on the "Live Support" image. If live chat is offline, please submit a support ticket or search for solutions to common problems in the "Get Answers" tab. Employees will NEVER ask you for your account password or full credit card number.
Here, you can check the status of your current and previous support tickets, read the responses you’ve received, and reply to or edit existing tickets.
If any of your tickets have the status of CS Replied, you can respond by selecting the ticket, then click on Edit Ticket. We usually answer tickets within 24 hours. Please check back often as we occasionally need additional information to resolve your issue. You can provide additional information by entering the details into the Description field and click Submit.
